Representatives for the state police and Atty. Gen. Lisa Madigan declined to comment Monday, saying officials had not yet reviewed the lawsuit.
One investigation involved an allegation that a major fundraiser for Gov. Rod Blagojevich sought a campaign donation in exchange for intervention in a state fraud probe.
