A Wilson County grand jury indicted state Rep. Rob Briley on a felony evading arrest charge, DUI and other misdemeanor allegations today, an assistant prosecutor said.
Linda Walls, the assistant district attorney in Wilson County in charge of Briley’s case, on Tuesday said Briley (D-Nashville) was indicted for a Class E felony for evading arrest.
