A Republican lawmaker has asked the state Bureau of Mediation Services to investigate the ongoing labor dispute in the Minnesota Attorney General’s Office.
St. Paul, Minn. — Rep. Tom Emmer, R-Delano, has tried unsuccessfully for nearly a year to get a Minnesota House committee to look into the union-busting allegations against Attorney General Lori Swanson.
Now he’s asking the Bureau of Mediation Services to look into the squabble, as well as allegations of unethical conduct in the office.
