A new poll finds Los Angeles County District Attorney Steve Cooley is slightly ahead of his Democratic opponent in the race for California attorney general.
The University of Southern California-Los Angeles Times survey released Friday found 34 percent of likely voters supporting Cooley with 30 percent supporting San Francisco District Attorney Kamala Harris. Another 17 percent are undecided.
