KwikMed LLC of Scottsdale, Ariz., says on its Web site that it uses licensed physicians to evaluate patient needs. But the lawsuit by Arkansas Attorney General Dustin McDaniel alleges the company violated a state law that requires a valid doctor-patient relationship for prescriptions to be written.
