LITTLE ROCK – Attorney General Dustin McDaniel said Tuesday that his office is looking into a Malvern-based nonprofit group’s distribution of identification cards to Hispanic immigrants doing work in the state.
“In this case it purports to be a membership card to an organization, it happens to look like an official ID and on the back it even indicates it is endorsed by some local law enforcement agencies,” McDaniel said. “At this point, we’re simply looking into what it is.”
