PIERRE – South Dakota’s heritage includes hunting, fish and trapping, but those activities don’t include a right to trespass, a proposed constitutional amendment would say.
A group of lawmakers introduced the proposed constitutional change as a resolution for the 2008 Legislature to consider this session. If legislators pass the resolution, it would be on the November ballot for voters.
