OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) – Four Republicans are apparently candidates to be Speaker of the House following the resignation of Representative Lance Cargill.Speaker Pro Tem Gus Blackwell, former Speaker Pro Tem Susan Winchester and Representatives John Wright and Dale DeWitt are seeking the post.
