MUNCIE — Indiana Attorney General Steve Carter announced Thursday he was joining Delaware County Prosecutor Mark McKinney in an investigation of alleged voter fraud during the November mayoral election.
Carter said he hoped an investigation into the race would restore public confidence in the Delaware County election system.
