The Indiana Supreme Court should deny the appeal of a former state trooper twice convicted of murdering his wife and two children, the attorney general argued.
Attorney General Steve Carter wrote in a 58-page brief filed with the Supreme Court on Monday that there was overwhelming evidence to support David Camm’s March 2006 murder conviction.
