A Colorado Senate committee voted Wednesday to continue allowing politicians to reach constituents with robocalls. The automated calls typically top the list of consumer complaints received by the attorney general, especially in election years. Backed by Attorney General John Suthers, the bill would have outlawed the practice for politicians and charities. It died 4-1 in the State Affairs Committee.
