Attorney general says drunken driver testing program going well
Bismarck, N.D. (AP) Attorney General Wayne Stenehjem says 28 people have taken part so far in a new program that requires them to get daily breath tests to help them stay sober.
Stenehjem says he thinks it’s a good tool to help prevent drunken driving.
