Truly, the only way Marc Dann survives this (and we’re not saying HE was doing anything improper – only stupid) is he comes up with some incontrovertible evidence (video tape) that everything that he was doing was 100% appropriate. In politics – it’s not just that perception is reality, it’s the VOTERS perception that is reality – and that’s where Dann’s problems will lay in the future.

Stout said when she visited the condo late last year, she saw Utovich on two or three occasions, sometimes dressed casually. She said that, from her condo, she saw Utovich “multiple times” leaving Dann’s condo in the morning.Utovich has not responded to numerous requests from The Dispatch for interviews.

Dann spokesman Ted Hart said Utovich could have been dropping off schedules at the condo in the morning.

Hart said he is replacing Jennings as spokesman on this issue because Jennings shared the condo with Gutierrez and Dann and could be interviewed as part of the investigation.
