TN: GOP Rep’s Child Support Bill Attacked

So the Democrat who was badgering Republican State Representative Stacey Campfield was none other than Democrat golden boy Rob Briley.  This guy has class just oozing out of him.  Bad boys, bad boys, whatcha gonna do?

State Rep. Stacey Campfield was questioned about his views on premarital sex and adultery during a combative exchange over a bill he sponsored to allow termination of child support payments in some situations. The Knoxville Republican’s bill sets up a procedure for a man to end child support payments after learning he is not the father of the child in question.

What is the “most” that can be taken from the paternal parent under TN law? What if there’s 2 children involved from 2 separate marriages? What if one of the judges is ‘bought and paid for’ by the maternal family and he circumvents the law and allows more than is mandated by TN law? If one of the ‘exes’ is supposedly disabled (which she’s not and is on prescription drugs) does that increase the amount of child support for her? I was under the assumption that there was a maximum amount of child support depending on how many children were involved, even if one of the exes are faking a disability that doesn’t exist.
