Hey now, don’t forget this is a 4-way Democrat primary. The more the merrier.
The battle to replace Attorney General Jay Nixon is prompting candidates to scavage through every area of the state for support and endorsements.Sen. Chris Koster, D-Harrisonville, announced that he had received support from the 16th Ward in St. Louis. His campaign dubbed the area “one of the highest turnout wards in the City of St. Louis. ”
“I am honored to receive this endorsement,” said Koster. “I pledged to these voters that I want to be the kind of Attorney General who will fight for working Missourians, someone who will stand up for our children, our jobs, and our rights,” Koster said in a statement. “With their backing, and the support of so many from around the state, I know I can bring real results for our state.”
Rep. Jeff Harris, D-Columbia, announced that he had received the backing of the 25th Ward and the 15th Ward.
