From the Post-Standard:

David Knapp isn’t a member of the state Assembly, but he has several ideas for legislation he’d propose, if elected, to ease one of Central New York’s biggest concerns: rising gas prices.

Knapp, a Republican running for the 121st Assembly District, which includes Cicero, Clay, LaFayette, Manlius and Pompey, on Monday outlined a five-tiered approach to easing people’s pain at the pump.
