Maryland Attorney General says some people who rented cars at Baltimore’s airport were clobbered with huge refueling charges.
Gansler says Hertz was the biggest offender, charging nearly twice the market price for gasoline.
Gansler says the car rental companies at BWI Thurgood Marshall airport have agreed to reduce their refueling charges.
