The Massachusetts Medicaid program will receive more than $9 million as part of a settlement with Bristol-Myers Squibb to settle allegations of improper drug marketing and price reporting practices.
State Attorney General Martha Coakley says the money is the state’s share of a $515 million national civil settlement announced in September by the U.S. Department of Justice.
