So far this year we’ve covered this story nine times (that has a familiar ring to it doesn’t it?). We think that’s an exemplary record. From the Tennessean:
A bitter fight over a key legislative seat spilled into the federal courts this week when state Sen. Rosalind Kurita filed a lawsuit challenging the Democratic Party’s reversal of her 19-vote primary win.
Kurita is represented in the lawsuit by James Bopp Jr., a widely known Republican attorney who has litigated for conservative and anti-abortion groups.
