From 9News:
The office of attorney general John Suthers has sided with Secretary of State Mike Coffman, a fellow Republican, in saying that it’s legal to remove all but the most recent registrations of voters with multiple registrations.
Colorado Democratic chairwoman Pat Waak criticized Suthers’ ruling on Tuesday as partisan and said it was part of “the concerted GOP effort to deny voters their rights.” Suthers sent Waak a letter Wednesday saying that her comments were irresponsible and undermined public confidence in the election.
