It’s sad when we come to expect slimy tactics like this from Democrats across the country. Fear and ignorance are such great short term motivators. That’s why they’re on page one of every Dem playbook. From Lancaster Online:
The state Republican Party on Friday called on state and federal investigators to look into whether a local Democrat illegally posted an online memo about “rumored” voter suppression methods that might be used by the GOP.
The memo, authored by attorney Greg Paulson, chairman of the Lancaster city Democrats, cites “rumors” that unnamed Republicans might use any of 11 tactics Tuesday to intimidate racial minorities, college students and others from voting. The memo was posted on www.lancasterdems.com but has since been taken down.
Republicans also raised questions about why Paulson, who works as campaign manager for Democratic congressional candidate Bruce Slater, was permitted to conduct training sessions last month for Lancaster County election workers.
