From the Chillicothe Gazette:
The Ohio Elections Commission Monday found probable cause against the Ohio House Democratic Caucus Fund over ads produced on behalf of Democrat Ray Pryor.
The commission found enough evidence in a complaint filed by Pryor’s opponent in the 85th District race, GOP Rep. John Schlichter, to conduct a hearing before the entire committee.
Schlichter filed the complaint last week, accusing the ad producers of making “a false statement concerning candidate John Schlichter either knowingly or with reckless disregard of its truth.”
