Don't like to say too much about other people's commentary, but wanted to add political flavor to this post. It sounds like the Democrat Attorney General's brief on a case reads more like political direct mail copy and less like a legal brief.
Guess the looming election is continuing to take it's toll.
Wonder if he had a P.S. at the bottom of the brief to give the judge one more chance.
