Huh. For no prize whatsoever, because it’s gimme question, name the other state with a unicameral legislature. From Quad-Cities Online:
State Rep. Mike Boland has identified a top priority for the next two years — making Illinois a unicameral state.
Huh?
That’s a fancy way of saying instead of having a House and Senate we just have one legislative chamber.
Boland has hinted that this will be his final term in the House. For a man who went years without getting a significant bill passed, doesn’t overhauling all of state government seem tad bit overly ambitious for his final two years in the legislature?
