Attorney General Richard Blumenthal asked state regulators Tuesday to crack down on AT&T and compel the telephone company to improve its repair operations.
The comments were made during a hearing at the state Department of Public Utility Control in New Britain.
The hearing is part of a two-phase investigation by the DPUC into why AT&T has failed to meet a required standard for restoring service to customers whose phones aren’t working.
