A nice boost indeed for current Republican A.G. Bob McDonnell’s campaign for Governor of the commonwealth of Virginia from Louisiana’s Republican Governor. From the Richmond Times Dispatch:
Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal, one of the emerging stars of the Republican Party, will appear in Richmond today to boost the gubernatorial hopes of Attorney General Bob McDonnell.
Jindal, the youngest governor in the country and the son of Indian immigrants, will appear with McDonnell in a joint news conference at the Jefferson Hotel at 11:35 a.m.
