Investigators from the Nebraska Attorney General’s Office say that sexual predators are catching on to the activities of children with cell phones and are beginning to take advantage of it.
According to the most recent study, close to 80 percent of all teenagers between the ages of 13-19 have a cell phone. Much like the Internet, the advancement in technologies for cell phones were intended to be positive, but have had a negative backlash when it comes to sexual predation.
