From delgazette.com:
Several Delaware County Republican elected officials have expressed interest in running for state-level positions in the 2010 election cycle.
Delaware County Recorder Andrew Brenner and recently-elected State Rep. Kris Jordan (R-Powell) have expressed interest in the soon-to-be vacant 19th District State Senate seat, while county Prosecutor Dave Yost is again eying a run at the state Attorney General’s office.
During the Delaware County Republican Party’s Lincoln Day fundraiser last Friday, GOP Chair Teri Morgan introduced county Brenner and Jordan as possible, but not official, candidates for the 19th district seat currently occupied by Senate President Bill Harris (R-Ashland.)
