We love a good fight, and it looks like the race to fill the open
Democrat AG in Delaware is not going to disappoint. Republican Ferris Wharton kicked off his media
campaign nearly two weeks ago with his first positive radio
spot. Today his campaign released the first poll of the race there in
Delaware showing the race to be a dead
heat.
In response to the numbers revealed in the Wharton Poll
Memo, and maybe even the facts made public about Beau’s record at www.beausnotready.com, Beau’s
campaign has released their own radio spot.
He does a fun little job of tweaking words to fit his campaign theme – but as the
Delaware GOP points out – Ferris’s record speaks much louder
than Beau’s.
It’s pretty interesting – Ferris Wharton is running on his record of accomplishment –
Beau Biden is running away from his record.
This campaign will be won by the candidate with the record and
experience that’s best for the office and for the citizens of
Delaware. This campaign will not be won because Beau’s Daddy says
so.
So keep
watch – the Biden’s will raise skads of money for this one – Team
Wharton need not keep up with them – they only need to raise enough money
to get their message on TV in the pricey Philadelphia media market.
