Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott is urging state lawmakers to pass legislation to make it easier for law enforcement agencies to track child sex predators on the Internet.
Abbott addressed members of the South Llano County Republican Women’s general meeting at the Quail Point Lodge in Horseshoe Bay on Tuesday,
While convicted child sex offenders must register their home addresses when they are released from prison, Abbott now wants them to register their email and social networking Web site addresses.
