I agree! CCAP records should not be accessible to everyone, especially not employers or landlords. I was repeatedly framed by a disgruntled x-girlfriend and even though the charges were dismissed, the entries look bad and every one who sees it falsely judges me. Employers have repeatedly discriminated against me. It destroyed my career, I lost my home, it destroyed my self esteem, and now I live in my fathers basement because noone will hire me or rent to me.
