From the Daily News:
Attorney General Andrew Cuomo plans to present evidence to a grand jury against two state workers accused of creating a “man cave” inside a Capitol parking garage.
Cuomo is pursuing felony charges against Louis Marciano, an Office of General Services supervisor, and cleaner Gary Pivoda, who used the secret room in the garage to sleep, smoke pot and deal drugs, source close to the probe said.
Investigators believe the two spent much of their workday inside the so-called man cave while other workers handled their duties.
