Allianz Life Insurace Company of North America has settled a suit from Minnesota Attorney General Lori Swanson over claims the insurer used misleading marketing tactics while selling annuities.The settlement, announced Monday, will let buyers of those annuities have a chance at getting refunds. It also sets new restrictions on sales.
