From Kentucky.com:
Four West Virginia television stations have apparently pulled an ad by the Kentucky Democratic Party that claims Republican state Senate candidate Jack Ditty, a dermatologist, does not treat poor people.
Meanwhile, a new independent political committee formed by leaders in Kentucky’s horse industry has a TV and radio ad running in Ditty’s race against Democrat Robin Webb that claims Ditty “did not pay unemployment taxes” and was slapped with a state lien on his business.
Ditty, who faces Webb in a special election next Tuesday to fill a vacancy in the state’s 18th Senate District, said the ads are misleading. The district covers Bracken, Mason, Lewis, Robertson, Carter and Greenup counties in northeastern Kentucky.
