From SCHotline:
A growing statewide grassroots movement is encouraging Columbia businessman and former prosecutor Robert Bolchoz to run for Attorney General. The Attorney General is responsible for protecting the people of South Carolina, enforcing and defending the laws of the State of South Carolina and setting the tone for responsible regulation consistent with, and supportive of, economic expansion across South Carolina.
“Robert Bolchoz has served successfully as a criminal prosecutor, he’s managed a government agency, and he has vast experience in the private sector,” said R. Eddie Adams, President of Lowry Oil Company of Seneca and Chairman of the Oconee County Republican Party. “Robert’s 20 year career as an attorney, prosecutor and businessman give him a unique combination of skills that suit him perfectly to serve as Attorney General,” added Keith Munson, former Military Prosecutor and Greenville attorney.
