Wednesday will be one month since Jennifer Brunner’s U.S. Senate campaign said it was “promptly” resolving any outstanding issues preventing the consideration of her request for a federal opinion on the use of certain campaign funds.
The request languishes, and the campaign isn’t answering questions.
Brunner’s campaign sent a letter June 11 asking the Federal Elections Commission to determine the legality of an agreement designed to allow her U.S. Senate campaign to use about $15,000 worth of equipment bought with state campaign funds, which normally is prohibited.
