From Nevada Appeal:
Nevada Lt. Gov. Brian Krolicki says a new project will seek to document the stories of Nevada’s veterans since the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks in 2001.
The stories from “Battle Born: Nevada War Stories” will be video and audio taped and posted on the lieutenant governor’s Web site.
“In the almost eight years since the attacks of Sept. 11, American service members have been called to serve multiple tours in a war with at least two fronts,” said Krolicki. “Battle Born will be a respectful and fitting tribute to the soldiers, sailors, airmen and marines — and their families — who have given so much of themselves.”
