From WHIOTV:
Less than 24 hours after losing his right to vote in Montgomery County, Sen. Jon Husted, R-Kettering, asked the Ohio Supreme Court to reinstate him.
The move followed a ruling from Ohio Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner Monday night that said Husted is no longer eligible to vote in the county because he is not a resident in the county.Husted’s residency had been in question for nearly a year.He admitted he splits his time between his home in Kettering and his home in the Columbus suburb of Upper Arlington.
