“It will be real challenging,” the top officer holder in the state Senate said.The loss in revenue is caused by the downward trend in the state’s housing market, which saw $25 million reduction in July, $75 million in August and an estimated $90 million in September, the senator said, noting last month’s figures are being finalized.
