Electronic games such as Tic Tac Fruit and Nudgemaster have mushroomed around the state. The House bill, which bans cash payouts and prizes worth more than $10, now goes to the Senate, where President Bill Harris, R-Ashland, wants to act “expeditiously,” said Maggie Ostrowski, Harris’ spokeswoman. The legislation also has the support of Gov. Ted Strickland and Attorney General Marc Dann, both Democrats.
