From KOSU.org:
State Rep. Ken Miller has filed campaign paperwork indicating his plans to seek the state treasurer post in 2010.
The Edmond Republican on Monday filed a Statement of Organization form with the Oklahoma Ethics Commission that shows he plans to run for the position.
A campaign committee report for the period from July 1 to Sept. 30 shows Miller transferred $141,000 from his state House campaign and raised another $65,000 during the reporting period. He reported having a campaign account balance of more than $202,000 at the end of the period.
