From UnionLeader.com:
State Senate minority leader Peter Bragdon is looking nearly a year ahead.
The Milford Republican lays out an optimistic 2010 outlook to move the Senate from its current 14-10 Democratic majority to a GOP majority in a memorandum sent this week to the other nine members of his caucus and the finance committee of the Senate Republican Majority Committee PAC.
Bragdon says the mood of the electorate is shifting the Republican way because “the Democratic approach to the sagging economy — bigger government, more spending and higher taxes and fees — is failing badly” with all voters, but particularly independents.
