Hawaii Lawmakers and the Attorney General agree they need to save Superferry ops; haven’t decided how:
Most House Democrats decided they should craft a law to allow Hawaii’s first passenger and vehicle ferry to travel again, if it complies with environmental restrictions.
A judge on Maui decided this week that the ferry can’t use Kahului Harbor until an environmental assessment is completed.
