From Arkansas News:
Police today arrested a suspect in a hit-and-run accident that injured a state legislator and his wife, authorities said.
Brett Crisel, 26, of Little Rock, was charged with felony hit and run, running a red light, careless driving and driving without insurance in connection with the crash Monday night involving Rep. Roy Ragland, R-Marshall, and his wife, Gail.
Gail Ragland remained hospitalized in serious condition Wednesday at University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. Roy Ragland was treated at UAMS and released Monday night.
The Raglands were driving in downtown Little Rock when a sport utility vehicle hit their vehicle and knocked it into an office building. Little Rock police said a witness gave officers a description of a late-model Dodge Durango that fled the scene and a partial license plate number.
