From NewsTimes.com:
Secretary of the State Susan Bysiewicz plans to ask a Hartford Superior Court judge to confirm she’s eligible to run for state attorney general.
The Democrat has scheduled a news conference this morning to discuss her plans.
David Mason, a campaign spokesman, says Bysiewicz will seek the ruling as an individual, not as the secretary of the state, and will cover the legal expenses.
