Jim Hood gets a second story out of his campaign’s press release – not bad. Missippians for Economic Progress gets more free press for their spot – even gets the spot placed in the online version of the article – they gotta like that repeater effect.
Democratic Attorney General Jim Hood’s campaign for reelection has asked TV stations to pull an ad produced by a pro-tort reform group, saying it is “patently false.”Mississippians for Economic Progress recently began running an ad that features black-and-white pictures of Hood. A voiceover says Hood must be in a “New York state-of-mind” because he’s awarded multi-million dollar contracts to lawyers there.
