Wow, looks like the outgoing Dem administration in Red Stick (Baton Rouge) had a mad case of the spendies.
BATON ROUGE, La. (AP) – With more than eight months left in the fiscal year, the state is only about $100 million below the constitutional cap on spending after a legislative committee last week added more than 75 million to the budget.
