This is soooo insider baseball, but for those who have heard of either Mike Murphy or Matt Leonardo, you know that the Republican governors primary in Florida between Attorney General Charlie Crist and Chief Financial Officer Tom Gallagher just got A LOT more interesting.
In sum, Gallagher, trailing badly in the polls, released his previous media team and brought on Murphy and Leonardo – who represent the best of the old and the new in political media strategy and creative.
Like I said, this race just got REALLY interesting.
