AG Bob McDonnell’s opinion may settle the issue:
A question raised by an ongoing case against Randolph College’s decision to admit men this year may now have an answer after the Virginia Attorney General’s office submitted a legal brief Monday.
It will be up to the courts, however, to decide how to interpret that answer in relation to each specific case, such as the case against Randolph, State Solicitor General William Thro said Tuesday.
