OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) – The state is appealing a federal judge’s ruling that tosses out Oklahoma laws that would allow people to keep guns in their cars while at work.Governor Brad Henry and Attorney General Drew Edmondson are asking the 10th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals to review the ruling made by federal Judge Terence Kern.
